1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Egypt Bikya ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Egypt Bikya acts solely as a digital venue allowing users to offer, sell, and buy goods. We are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, nor the truth or accuracy of users' content or listings.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a user, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws, third-party rights, or our policies.
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm the Platform or its users.
• List counterfeit items, stolen goods, weapons, illegal drugs, or any items prohibited by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

4. Fees and Monetization

Creating a standard account and posting basic ads is free. We charge fees for premium services, including "Featured Ads" and "Vendor Storefronts." All fees are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Fees paid for premium services are strictly non-refundable, even if your ad is subsequently removed by our moderation team for violating these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Egypt Bikya and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egypt Bikya and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.
